Dragonball Z - Trunks Time Machine Concept

Dragonball Z has always been a love of mine since I was a child and this scene in particular, where Trunks finds his own time machine from a different timeline, has always stuck with me. The uneasy intrigue was one of my favourite moments from the show.
I didn't just want to recreate the scene 1:1 so I set out to create a realistic interpretation of the anime and to play with the composition to tell more of the story in a single image. This was a great project to stretch my concepting muscle!
